HAC Link for Students and Parents

Middle School Parents,
 
HAC (Home Access Center) is where you and your student can check his/her grades.  The URL to access HAC is https://hac23.esp.k12.ar.us/homeaccess.  
 
After logging in to HAC and selecting Classwork,
  • go to the drop down "for Report Card Run" (located directly under the blue Classwork line) and select All Runs from the dropdown. 
  • Click the REFRESH VIEW button. 

Now you will see assignments from the first of the year to date. The average listed on this view will be your child's correct current average.  

 
Please note:  When we change to second semester, grades start over completely.  The Report Card Run will say 3.  That will be correct for the third quarter but when we move to the fourth quarter, you will have to select All Runs and Refresh again.  I know this is complicated but it works for our consecutive grade average each semester.
