****MASK UPDATE****
The Mansfield Board of Directors voted at the March meeting to continue to follow the recommendations of the Arkansas Department of Health. Those recommendations will remain fluid until the pandemic is resolved.
Following the Press Conference today by Governor Hutchinson:
The state mask mandate was lifted today. Starting Wednesday, March 31, Faculty, staff, and students will be allowed to make a PERSONAL DECISION regarding wearing a mask at school. The school district will continue to follow state guidelines concerning safety protocols including and not limited to sanitization, social distancing, etc.
*Mansfield students should continue to have a mask with them.
*Masks are required on any Mansfield School bus until further notice.
*It is recommended that students and staff should continue to wear masks when social distancing isn't possible.

Ready For Learning
Prevent the Spread of COVID
Notify School Nurse Immediately
In an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our staff and student body we are asking all parents/guardians of students and all employees to notify your campus nurse immediately when the following occurs:
If a student or employee has symptoms of COVID-19 he/she should remain in quarantine pending the results of their COVID-19 test. Also, quarantine is required for someone identified as a Close Contact to a positive case of COVID-19. A person in quarantine must remain at home and avoid all public activities for 14 days from the last date of contact with the positive case, even if they receive a negative test result. While in quarantine, the student will complete “blended instruction” through google classroom.
Parents/Guardians please do not send a student to school if they would answer yes to any of these questions: Do you have an unexplained cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, have a fever of 100.4 within the last 48 hours, or have had close contact with an infected person (COVID-19) within the previous 14 days.
