Point System: Students will earn points the following ways throughout the school year:

1. Attendance, each day they are at school they receive one point.
2. Each week they do not receive a tardy to class, they will receive five points.
3. At Semester each A=10, B=5, C=2, no points for D’s or F’s
4. Each time a student attends tutoring they will receive one point for each 30 minutes.
5. Student led Conference @ School 50 points, Student led conference form at home 20 points.
6. Student of the Month 20 points
7. 5 points for a variety of positive leadership initiatives that students may take throughout the year.

How students may lost points?

1. 1st Lunch Detention -5 points, 2^nd Lunch Detention -10 points, 3rd Lunch Detention -15 points.
2. 1^st AM/PM Detention -20 points, 2^nd AM/PM Detention -30 points, 3^rd AM/PM Detention -40 points
3. ISS -50 points per Day
4. Suspension, TNS, Corporal Punishment -100 points

How may my child utilzie their points?

1. Reward Field trips cost 100 points, some money required at times.
2. Merit Holiday to miss school at specific selected days on the calendar, 100 points.
3. Electronic Device Day, 50 points, on the calendar.
4. Purchase absence from a class per period 25 points.
5. Purchase an absence for exemptions, 100 points.
